- Do you accept less than one month stays?
No; our minimum stay is one month.
- How much is the security deposit & is it refundable?
Security deposit is one month’s rent, $1,475, and is refundable provided there is no damage beyond normal wear & tear.
- Are pets allowed?
Small pets, under 30 lbs., are allowed with a non-refundable damage deposit of $100.
- Is smoking allowed?
Yes
- How, when & where do I pay?
First month’s rent and a Security Deposit are due at lease signing. Rents are due and payable on the 1st of each month, paid to A & B Management.
- Is parking available & included in the rental fee?
Yes, Parking at Cliffview is free. In addition our convenient location makes walking to the University possible.
- Is there an on-site laundry facility?
Yes, each apartment is equipped with a washer & dryer.
- Is there telephone service?
No, phone service is not included. Most of our tenants choose to use their personal cell phones. Tenants may optionally, at their expense, have local phone service installed.
- Is there cable tv service?
Yes, Cliffview apartments have Expanded Basic cable service with over 70 channels.
- Is there high speed Internet service?
Yes, a wired high speed internet connection is provided in each apartment.
